I’m Stacy Roopnarine—an executive leader, businesswoman and engineer with more than 20 years of experience spanning government, private enterprise and engineering. As a former Minister of State and Member of Parliament in Trinidad and Tobago, I have gained senior-level experience in public policy, legislation, public finance oversight, infrastructure development, stakeholder engagement and business management.
Today, I lead a business development and engineering consultancy, guiding complex ventures across agriculture, hospitality, water, power generation and the wider energy sector. With an engineering foundation and an MBA, I bring together strategic thinking, commercial insight and practical execution to move initiatives from vision and planning through implementation, operations and sustainable growth.
